HiI am on windows, I have tried everything!I have made sure the mac and everything is connected correctly, and they are, but I still can't connect to my home Wi-Fi!The error message is : There was an error attempting to connect to your network. Please check the settings of your network connection and try again.I have googled and found that it might be a problem with the MAC address, but I've tried updating it and it still doesn't work. I have also tried this program called WiFi Diagnostics as suggested by someone on another post.I've also tried plugging the phone directly into my PC (which I have successfully done before), and the phone can see the Wi-Fi, but it won't connect.I have also tried resetting the modem on my phone (which doesn't work for some reason), then reinstalling the modem drivers.I have also tried updating my BIOS and Wifi card drivers, but that didn't work either. The phone says it is connected successfully, but then it just sits there with a red triangle indicating that it is disconnected. If anyone could help me get out of this recovery mode, it would be greatly appreciated!Thank you very much,Tony
