Once I was given a small gold coin with an image of an ancient Greek goddess - I don't know what kind of coin, but it looked gorgeous. I thought it was beautiful, but no more than that. And then I noticed that somehow things started to go uphill. Obviously, it's a coincidence, but since then such things for me are something more than just metal. Has anyone else ever noticed that they have a special kind of luck with certain objects?
